Personality(five sentence minimum): Don't let Doctor Blood's looks fool you. He is manipulative and will do anything to get what he wants. He is also flirtatious between men and women and can charm the pants off of anyone. Doctor Blood does, however, have a soft spot for those who are poor because he knows how it feels to have less than everyone else. He loves being alone and having others do his dirty work though he has personal needs that must be filled by others.

Blood Magic: The power to cast spells through blood. An ancient form of magic
Spells
Celetity- The ability to move from one place to another instantaneously. This is similar to teleportation, but cannot be performed over long distances. Count Dashing can do this over a 100 mile radius with a fifteen minute cool down in between.
Telekinetic Wave Emission- Dashing can generate a large amount of energy which allows him to push objects smaller than a school bus flying through the air. He needs a thirty second cool down between each usage.

Bestiamorph Summoning- Doctor Blood can perform a ritual that turns a human being into a mindless lion, rhino, or boar humanoid that will do anything that he tells him to do. This will wear off in twelve hours and the victim will become extremely drained. Example

Place of Origin: Norfolk, Virginia
History (at least ten sentences): Born in Norfolk, Virginia to Patricia and Harold Wording. Their family was poor, leaving from paycheck to paycheck with his mother being a waitress at a dinner and his father a janitor at the local high school. He didn't know that his family was poor until he started middle school. There he was picked on for wearing clothes that weren't "up with the times". Neal always wanted more than what his family could provide, causing him to steal things and shop lift. He got caught twice and was banned from the two stores that he stole from. At the age of eighteen, he met Felix Faust who told him if he wanted everything that he ever will desire that he should sell his soul. After hesitating, Neal agreed and performed the ritual to sell his soul. In return he got a book on blood magic from Brother Blood. But what he didn't know about the ritual was that he must perform sinful acts to maintain is powers and his very life force. Now he stays in an abandoned mansion where he performs his own magic and has his 'fun' nights.
Why did they choose a life of crime(Minimum of ten sentences, well developed): Born as Neal Wording, Doctor Blood, at the age of eighteen, he met Felix Faust after begging being apart of the blood brotherhood. He told him how is life was back at home and said that he would do anything to make life better for them. Felix Faust told him if he wanted everything that he ever will desire that he should sell his soul. After hesitating, Neal agreed and performed the ritual to sell his soul. In return he got a book on blood magic from Brother Blood. But what he didn't know about the ritual was that he must perform sinful acts to maintain is powers and his very life force. He maintain his life force by absorbing the darkness that comes from said evil act.
RP Sample (at least five sentences): Doctor Blood stalked around the circle in the dimly lit room. His victim laid in the center of the circle of blood that had symbols written out in the same crimson liquid that the made it. "Y'know, it's an utter shame." Doctor Blood started, folding his arms over his sweater. "How easily it is to seduce someone with only your good looks and charming speech." The victim laying there was a man who the villain had snatched from a club. The man groaned lightly, trying to call out for help. "Aw, there's no need to do that. No one can hear you." Doctor Blood never understood why victims always cried out for help when there was clearly none present. Perhaps it was to give themselves hope that someone might hear them. Well in this case, no one could. He stood in front of the man, Doctor Blood started to say an incantation. The man started to scream and his body had a red aura to it as he started to transform. He continued until he had a wolf bestiamorph standing in front of him. "Ah, that's better." He stepped into the circle and started to trace his hand across it's chest and shoulder. "Now, we have work to do."
